The street legal race car-inspired Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Squadra Corse will be unveiled at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. According to the Sant’Agatha Bolognese officials, the special edition Squadra Corse is the most extreme Gallardo ever produced.

It is based on the race car Gallardo Super Trofeo and it features the same 5.0 liter V10 petrol unit that can output 570 horsepower. The engine resources are managed by a robotized e-gear six speed transmission and are put to the ground via an all wheel drive system.

In these conditions, the new Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Squadra Corse can sprint from stand still to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds, while the acceleration from 0 to 200 km/h is done in 10.4 seconds.  Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Squadra Corse Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Squadra Corse

Inside the cabin, the customers will find a special interior that features Alcantara leather upholstery, carbon fiber accents and sport racing bucket seats.

The Italian car maker also has prepared a special exterior package. This styling kit features a massive rear wing, an engine hood with quick release system and some stickers with the Italian flag. The rear wing is painted in matte black while the hood, air intakes and the new wheels are finished in high-gloss black.

In case you didn’t know, the Squadra Corse department was founded a few months ago and he is managing the motorsport activities.
