2013 Mercedes-Benz B-Class prepared by Carlsson
The German tuner Carlsson has developed a special package for the new Mercedes-Benz B-Class. After a few hours spent on Google, we find out that this is the first tuner who decided to develop a kit for the B-Class, a smaller and more economical car compared to the one we used to see modified by Carlsson.
According to the German guys, their package is coming with some exterior and interior modifications. On the outside we see that the German model has got a more aggressive, sporty and aerodynamic body kit. It has now a redesigned front spoiler, modified side skirts, a tailgate mounted spoiler and a rear bumper with an integrated air diffuser.
Carlsson also offers a new set of springs that can lower the ride height by 30 millimeters. In the back of the car we see a four tailpipe stainless steel sport exhaust system while the stock wheels were replaced with some unique rims in sizes from 18 to 20 inch.
Inside the cabin, the customers will get alloy pedals, tailored floor mats and some special accessories. The upholstery was updated with some premium leather while the cabin comes now in bespoke theme.
We forget to tell you at the beginning of the news about the performance package prepared by Carlsson. For the B180 version the Germans have developed a package that raises the output power at 146 horsepower. For the B200 the guys have managed to get 187 horsepower and 300 Nm peek of torque. The last, but not the least is the B250 version. With some magic dust from Carlsson, the car can now develop 253 horsepower and 420 Nm peek of torque.
